Jack Masterson, President
Jack Masterson has been working in the construction industry for over 40 years. He founded J. Masterson Construction Corporation in 1981 and the company has been steadily growing ever since. Through the years Jack has built a reputation as hard working and fair and has brought together a group of employees and subcontractors that personify his work ethic. A number of employees have been working for the company for over 15 years. Jack has also created a reputation with clients that has made the Masterson name a recognized leader in the site development business.
Sharon Masterson, Clerk
Sharon has been working with Jack since they started the business in 1981. As the company has grown over the years she has been involved in all aspects of the operations. As clerk Sharon oversees all of the finances for the company as well as manages the accounting staff in the office.
Jeff Masterson, Director of Operations
Jeff Masterson has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has been involved in a number of different capacities at J. Masterson Construction Corporation over the years as it has grown to what it is today. As Director of Operations, Jeff is responsible for all of the day to day operations of not only the crews working on the job sites but also the mechanics and personnel at the shop as well as the fleet of trucks and their drivers. Jeff also handles project management for a number of company projects and is the company safety officer.
Jessie Small, Office Accountant
Jessie prepares and maintains all financial records and accounting procedures for the company and oversees the administrative staff. Jessie also handles the preparation and submission of accounting and management reports including tax and employee benefit reports.
Christine Russo, Office Administrator
Christine provides telephone and customer support for the office, performs cost accounting entries, and is responsible for accounts payable and invoice coding. Christine also handles all of the company employee benefits and the employee records.
William Peach, Senior Estimator/Project Manager
Bill has worked in the construction industry most of his life. He handles much of the preconstruction planning for the company as well as manages many of the company's most complex projects. He is also a licensed professional civil engineer in the state of Massachusetts which has proven to be valuable to clients both in preconstruction planning and during the construction phase of a project.
Richard Bartholomew, Estimator/Project Manager
Rick has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. He is particularly experienced with utility construction where he specialized for a number of years. Rick prepares and handles scheduling for the company's estimating department as well as project management.
Michael Brown, Estimator/Project Manager
Mike is a civil engineer that handles both estimating and project management for the company. He is experienced with project planning and purchasing as well as project management and coordination. Mike also maintains the company proposal and project database.
